Chicken Biryani,
Lucki style
Make this delicious dish at home
Ingredients
(Serves 1 to 2)
— 100g of Lucki Basmati Rice
— 200ml of water
— 2 tsp olive oil
— 1/2 an onion chopped finely
— 200g chicken cubed
— 20g ginger
— 5g curry powder
— 4g dark soy sauce
— 3 cloves fresh garlic
— 1 bunch coriander crushed
— 1 pinch of salt

Cook
Wash rice and rinse well. Bring water to boil in a pot, then add the rice and cook on low heat for ~30 min.

Meanwhile start frying onions in a pan with olive oil, stirring on low heat for 5 min or until softened.
Then add chicken, ginger, curry powder, soy sauce, garlic, and salt. Stir and cook until the onion becomes golden and the chicken is cooked through.

Drain the water from the pot then put the cooked rice into the pan. Add half the coriander, and stir together for 2-3min. Serve and garnish with the remaining coriander.

Vegetable Rice
à la Lucki

Ingredients

— 100g of your favourite Lucki rice
— 200ml of water
— 2 tsp olive oil
— 1/2 an onion
— 50g of carrots
— 100g potatoes
— 50g of green peppers
— 50g of green beans
— 1 bunch coriander crushed
— 1 pinch of salt

Meanwhile start frying onions in a pan with olive oil, stirring on low heat for 5 min or until softened. Then add carrot and potatoes and continue stirring for 5 min. Then add green peppers, green beans, and salt, and cook until tender.

White Rice

Ingredients
(Serves 1 to 2)

— 100g of your favourite Lucki rice
— 200ml of water
— 1 table spoon of olive oil
— 1 pinch of salt
— 1 bunch coriander crushed
